The French International School

of Dar es Salaam

ABOUT US

The French International School of Dar es Salaam was founded in 1967.

Our school welcomes your children to its campuses located in Masaki (Dar es Salaam). In one campus, you will find the Primary and the Secondary schools. In a second campus at few meters from the first one, we have recently build new spaces for the Preschool as well as a covered sports field.

More than 470 students from 40 nationalities are registered at the French International School of Dar es Salaam. Our students aged between 2 and 18 learn both English and French. At the age of 12, they can also choose between Spanish, Italian and German. In grade 10, they can also start learning Japanese. For all these reasons, our school is probably one of the most multicultural schools in Tanzania.

Furthermore, the French School of Dar es Salaam is officially acknowledged by the Agency for French Teaching Abroad AEFE. It is hence member of the largest education network worldwide. With 566 schools in 138 countries, the AEFE network definitely ensures the education of your children wherever you go.

Are you looking for a school in Dar es Salaam? You can register online directly on our Skolengo school platform. In case of any question, or if you need any help, do not hesitate to contact our Secretariat. Welcome to the International French School of Dar es Salaam!
